Shipping policy

For the most part your item should already be made and will be shipped within 1-2 working days. In the event that your items needs to be made, we aim to ship within 3 working days.

UK ORDERS:

If you select standard delivery, orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. This service aims to deliver items within 2 working days from dispatch and is not tracked.

If you would like your item(s) sooner, please upgrade to the express option at the checkout. Your item(s) will then be sent via Royal Mail, 1st Class. This service aims to deliver items within 24hrs from dispatch and is not tracked.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Your Order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service and you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. This service aims to deliver items within 7 working days from dispatch and is tracked.
